Koi was wonderful for our 1.5-year-old son. She was amazing, kind, and got along with us really well. We truly appreciated her help and care.

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible Koi is. She spent 15 days with our family and, from the very beginning, it was clear how warm, helpful, and attentive she was. She primarily cared for our youngest daughter (10 months old) and went above and beyond in every way. Koi engaged her with creative activities, took her to the pool and kids club, introduced her to new experiences, and handled everything from diaper changes to bath time. Honestly, it felt like we were traveling with a member of our own family. Koi also made an effort to bond with our older son (3 years old), ensuring he felt included and making time to share activities with him as well.Koi was also super helpful with other aspects of our vacation. She assisted with communicating with locals, finding attractions and recommended restaurants. She helped us pack and transition between hotels and pack, and took care of small but important details, like cleaning the baby’s bottles. Thanks to Koi, our vacation was not only smooth but truly exceptional. She added so much to the experience, and we couldn’t have felt more fortunate to have her with us. Highly, highly recommended!
