Nanny Ying looked after our 11 month old baby and she was absolutely amazing! This was our first time hiring a nanny but Ying put us at ease from the very first minute. She asked questions to get to know our baby and was very proactive in suggesting activities and responding to our baby’s cues.Ying was able to put our baby to sleep, as well as feeding, bathing, and regular visits to the hotel’s kids club where we received regular photos and video updates. We initially hired her for half a day but quickly arranged a further 2 days with her. She even offered to stay late one evening so that my partner and I could go out for dinner together (our first in 11 months!).We will definitely hire Ying again on our next trip to the islands and recommend you do the same.
