We were incredibly fortunate to have Nanny Ying for our children even for a short period of time. She was always punctual, reliable, calm and maintains an open communication.What we really appreciate the most was her genuine connection with our kids even just for few days. They were comfortable and absolutely liked her. She planned on creative activities when staying within our hotel and also took our kids to kidsdom and was proactive in seeking other recreation, depending on what our kids liked to do.We always felt confident and at ease knowing our kids were in her care.
