Mai was fantastic! We have three children, 1, 4 (had just turned 4), and a 6 year old, Mai was fabulous with them, she looked after the children 3 times while we were there and I will be honest was very nervous asking someone we didn't know to look after them. But she walked and it was as if the children had known her forever. She came with toys which immediately entertained the children and helped break any barrier of the children being nervous. She took over meals we were giving them, giving us chance to finish getting ready to go out. The children loved the time she spent with them. But I was also able to trust that she would carry out our wishes regarding bed times etc. Her English was good enough that she was able to understand anything we asked of her, and to have some conversation. I would absolutely go back to her again should we return in the future.

Mai was amazing. She’s timely, attentive, caring and most of all my son loves her. Maybe it was the jet lag, heat & humidity, our son wasn’t eating … Mai went out of her way to home cook a meal and bring it for him, which he had happily and was so relieved to see him eat. She also brought him toys that engaged him. Mai played with him at our hotel, the beach … came with us on excursions. (We did not ask this of her prior to her commitment … but she never ever declined) and always had the attitude of let’s make it work. Fez clung on to her happily. She worked some long hours too over Christmas and never complained. Highly Recommended!!!
