The best thing you can have on your vacationWe arrived with a lot of concerns about how we would manage with three children, especially since the youngest was only nine months old (the other two are 5 and 7). We decided to take a chance and book Jez through Nannimoon — the best decision we could have made.Jazz is extremely professional. She connects with the children within minutes, always goes above and beyond, truly cares about them, and pays attention even to the small things—like reminding them to drink water and cleaning their hands before meals.After just two days, we trusted her so much that we left her alone in the evening with the baby, even while the baby was still awake, and returned late at night. She understands exactly when the baby needs to be fed and anticipates it perfectly, always calmly and happily.She organizes things without being asked, is very modest and sensitive, and was so polite and grateful when we invited her to eat with us.I recommend her to anyone who has even the slightest hesitation—only her. We are sure that when we return next year, she will be with us again.Have a wonderful vacation.

We were so lucky to have Nanny Jazz look after our two-year-old son on four occasions during our time in Koh Samui, including caring for him during our beach wedding. She was absolutely wonderful – warm, friendly, polite and incredibly thoughtful.Despite Sebastian only partially speaking English, she engaged him beautifully through play, and he even asked for her when she wasn’t there, which says it all.She was always prompt, flexible with last-minute changes, and even brought toys for him.
